These terms and conditions govern the use of the Hampshire Driveways website and the services we provide. By using our site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Estimates

Written quotes provided by Hampshire Driveways are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may need to be revised if site conditions or specifications change.

Payment Terms

For most residential driveway projects, we ask for a deposit on confirmation of the order and the balance on satisfactory completion of the work. Larger projects may be split into stage payments which will be agreed in writing in advance.

Workmanship

All work carried out by Hampshire Driveways is covered by our standard workmanship guarantee, the details of which are provided with your written quote. Manufacturers’ product warranties apply separately to materials such as block paving, resin and tarmac.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that:

• Reasonable access to the work area is available
• All relevant planning permissions and approvals are in place where required
• Existing utilities (gas, water, electric, drainage) are accurately marked or notified to us
• Any pets or vulnerable persons are kept safely away from the work area

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits may be partially or fully retained depending on whether materials have already been ordered.
